University of Waikato, Student Village

Durable and practical was the brief for this University Student Village project. Spread across three areas of the Student Village, the Complete Flooring team installed Autex Industries Veriface Composition 100% polyester wall covering. Which is a sound insultaing choice for wall covering within the student village areas. For flooring, we utilising carpet tiles which are a common choice for high-traffic workspaces or commercial use areas that need a durable and practical solution. Carpet tiles are also suitable for areas of mixed-wear, enabling you to replace sections at a time to maintain a conhesive look. Finally, in the shared bathroom areas, we laid Jacobsens Tarkett Granite Safe T. This i s a durable commercial flooring solution for heavy-traiffc wet areas where safety is of utmost importance. It provides a confident grip and reduces the risk of slipping, even when covered with soap and water. The trademarked Safety Clean XP surface treatment protects it from stains and eases maintenance. The 16 colours are specially designed to coordinate with the other products and accessories of the iQ Granit multi-solution family.
